The sales event in Neuhausen was a resounding success, characterized by valuable insights, practical sessions and stimulating discussions on key topics in our industry.


Highlights of the first day: The event kicked off with a powerful opening from Stefan Schneider and Michael Backhaus, followed by Matt O'Connor's overview of the academic market. Robert Binns and Tim Küsters led an insightful discussion on technical ceramics, while Michael Hager and Paul Wilkinson presented a detailed review of our rotary furnaces. Practical sessions offered exclusive insights into our new chamber furnces and advanced control system.


Highlights of the second day: Chris Barton and Daniel Becker shared key marketing updates to align our messages and strategies. Stefan Schneider gave a deep dive into sinter-based processes and offered a great technical perspective. Kevin Robinson and Scott Reeves ended the day with an engaging discussion on soldering.


Day three highlights: Chen Peng and Tom Gould opened the day with a session on tube furnace configurations and applications. Paul Wilkinson and Chris Barton shared industrial solutions, which led to lively discussions. At the end of the event, Sales Manager Stefan Schneider and Segment Manager Michael Backhaus summarized the key takeaways from the three days. But the learning didn't end there - the afternoons were filled with discussions on how to put what was learned into practice.


In addition to the workshops, all participants were able to socialise with each other at various evening events, helping to ensure that our Sales Meeting remains a fond memory for everyone.
